Daniel Gilbert

CEO

Dan is the founder of Fidelity. He is as a NYS Real Estate Broker with over 7 years’ experience in downtown Newburgh, and is passionate about its restoration. He attended Pace University’s Lubin School of Business to pursue a degree in Entrepreneurship. As a Realtor ®, he abides by a strict, industry standard ethics pledge. He was a co-organizer for the Brick Street Block Party in Audrey Carey Park, a fundraiser and public awareness project to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newburgh. He is responsible as a team lead at Fidelity.

Eli Vaknin

COO

Eli is the operations manager at Fidelity, and lead team support. He attended Pace University’s Lubin School of Business as well to pursue a degree in Business Finance. He has been involved with Real Estate development for over 5 years and joined our team 2 years ago. He is responsible for setting policy and making sure team members have the resources they need to do the jobs they are assigned. He also is lead for the renovation and construction projects Fidelity is involved in.

Lyly Rivera

Office Manager

Lyly has been working in the property management field for over 20 years. Her experience in this field is second to none, and is able to reason with the most difficult tenants. Her attention to detail, and follow up with tenants makes her invaluable. She stays on top of specialized reporting for particular clients, and has a positive relationship with many local vendors, including utility company representatives, and of course, our clients. Lyly handles most of the activity that happens within the office. She deals with work orders, compliance, and is also bi-lingual.

Sara Hodges

CFO

Sara started her financial training working in the banking industry. She handles accounts receivable, such as tenant and income execution payments, and accounts receivable including taxes, mortgages, insurance etc. She also handles financial reporting as well as legal paperwork. She has had her current responsibilities for 2 years and understands these processes thoroughly. She is also a licensed Notary Public.

James Hussey

Relationship Manager

James has over 20 years customer service experience. James works with tenants throughout the application process. He works with employers, and past landlords to get accurate and relevant information. James also coordinates with venders and landlords to ensure the move in/move out of any tenant is handled efficiently. His responsibilities include marketing vacant units as well. His real estate photography has been featured in local publications.
